Low Carbohydrate Diets Can Be a Tool to Manage Blood Lipids

If you have chronic inflammation, that needs to take the lead and the blood lipids will often follow. I think there would be a small beneficial effect in some cases for some people to replace saturated fats with monounsaturated fats. Increasing dietary fiber and unrefined plant food can be of a lot of benefit if your diet is currently low in those foods. It is not the case that everyone needs to eat X amount of carbohydrate in order to manage their blood lipids.
