Darwinian Evolution
If we figure out how organic chemistry leads to life, and it does that on a regular basis, not just here on Earth, but whenever you have the basic right conditions for an interesting chemistry happen, you get life. What that would tell us is that we live in a universe that was really made for life to happen in it. And I think it's more impressive because we know from experience that it is far more difficult to cause things through an inferior being than to do things ourselves. Anyone who has spent time with young children and tried to teach them how to read or do other useful things will know that that's much harder than reading something out yourself.
