Is There a Political Dynamo Within the CBD?

Biodiversity is not a single sector, you have to have governments at all levels. Many incumbent industries are dependent on existing practices that are less willing to change. Of course, there is a lobby that's not quite so finely focused as a fossil fuel lobby. But we need to reduce these harmful subsidies to the order of sort of 500 billion per year over the coming years.
