I think the experience that's been most relevant to me while I've been doing community management work at this job is my co-organization of this experience design camp called Stone Soup. So imagine like a bunch of escape room designers, immersive theater directors, some UX designers, game designers all come together for a weekend and you have nothing planned. It's a lot of fun making dinners for each other. And so I helped co-organize the one this year. The way that we're doing it there are people who call the shots it's not a direct democracy.
