Is There a Language of Science?

Science was not an acceptable way to do philosophy from the pre-Sachratics to now. Now, particularly at places like Perimeter and Western University in Canada, I think that physicists are using the work of philosophers because those philosophers really do understand physics. You've got to work with it every day. There is a point every now and then where I could follow the equations, but you have to work with them every day. The languages they use are, each one has a different language,. So there's no one language of science either, just like there's noOne language of philosophy.
