Building Knowledge Centers and Office Hours

The value is long term value. Everybody can go to a searchable repository where you've answered a question that is solving their problem today. You're looking at like thousands, if not tens of thousands of page views across some of these topical areas. And that's 10,000 requests served through that single answer. That's how that's how you scale yourself. I respect I put all of my knowledge into the that forum. It was funny because we just had a meeting where with with my group. They were kind of making fun of me because I'm such a nerd in the community and they were like, I'm still on there every day.
