Choosing a Hat, It Tells You Something About You

I think it's the confidence that a lot of people are frightened of. It's, can I actually pull off wearing a hat? The hat has to say something about you, I suppose. Sometimes when I design a hat, I start sketching and sometimes what I want to do is deliver a feeling with a hat, translate a feeling which is very tough,. So that's why I always go for my research process and then I go for looking for like visual references  to sort out the design I want to achieve.
