Carter: We have a very bifurcated market if you think about what creates this phenomenon. Tech and telecommunications the new telecommute no longer 18 teen Verizon but Google and Netflix and so forth both up 20 percent for the year. Financials were loved and check was hated of course they're not the exact opposite, says Carter. He adds that these stocks have gotten from reasonably valued maybe four or five months ago to back to where I don't want to say it their highs.
