The Skin Graft Rejection in the Mouse

The skin graf rejection in the mouse is probably the strongest immune response a elicit. We thought, if we had a functionally competent immune system at all, it should be able to reject he skin graft. Cety four and ce t eight tea cells alone are sufficient to reject skin. What came as a bigger surprise to us is when we looked at the anti viral responses in these flip flop mice. You can't clear virus. The tea cells hatr recognizing the virus. So i have questions about both of these experiments.
