We usually teach people to give feedback better, but I think probably the cornerstone is to teach people to receive feedback better. Most of the way that we create a culture around us and change the feedback culture that we live in is by our own improved skill and receiving feedback. And so if you want to show people how to be better at receiving feedback, the way to do that is to change how you receive feedback.
