The History of Astrology in the Western World
The SICOP was partially founded as a direct result of the Goklyn study. They initially replicated his study, but they were so convinced ideologically that astrology couldn't be true that they were convinced that there must be a flaw. So they held back, releasing their results basically. And eventually, one of the founders of the organization was so disgusted with what they were doing, that he wrote an article explaining exactly what had happened.
