The Indanesia Crisis
Around this time, indanesia falls into a deep economic crisis. Huge protest breaks out all over the indianesian archipelago against the sahato government. This eventually leads to the end of sahato, 31 years as president. And with him stepping down, hbebe became president. But what did this mean? Very stamlebebe was the the new president, under a huge amount of pressure. It was still an economic crisis. And temor an east temor, was a big drain on the coffers,. and it's not easy to maintain that kind of a presence to people who don't want to be occupied. The bloodshed started almost right away.
