Is There a Constant Struggle to Challenge Yourself?
I think the question I have is making sure you've nailed it before you scale it and ensuring that you've kind of locked in and found that thing that really matters. And then there's the other mistake that you can make, which I made in my last business where I found something we like optimize the heck out of but we were too narrow in our thinking for too long. So it's kind of an interesting balance. You can't stay narrow too long and you have to be aware of the other fast moving water. It's just like you kind of repeat that process.
