Building a Sangha in a ruthless society is the answer to the ruthless society. We have to deliberately set out to participate in Sangha and help to build it. It's not that building is just an easy thing. You won't find, if you continue to engage here, that it's all perfect. There will be plenty to work on, but it has to be done, if you sort of mean it. The Buddha-Dumran Sangha is the highest common denominator. Is that right? H-C-F, yes. I've won my math for a long time ago.
