China, India War Can Only Benefit

My father in law is kind of a China guy. He was the US commercial attache to China in the nineties and early 2000s, which is basically the commerce department equivalent of the ambassador. Clearly what the CIA should be and clearly is doing is pit the pit the two against each other. It can only benefit the United States. I mean, it's a bummer for everyone living downwind of the radiation.
