People resist when they're confronted with new things, but that is a normal reaction of the humans. In my opinion, and not only in my opinion, resistance is actually good because it makes decision makers plan a little bit better. And I think that for some of the people who don't have data in their names, that doesn't it isn't enough or they don't understand what it means to get better data.
