Do You Have a 30 Meter Test?

"I actually only test the 30 meter test at most every six weeks, cot usually ever two, every two months. I do use weight training to hold them back more than i do running," he says of his runners. "My weight is bit more important." He adds that in a block of training, you're going to be using that testing time to determine all the rest of your times for some period of time".
