"I think there are... And some scientists can correct me, but there are these pathways in terms of communication within our body. And I think somewhere in my love pathway, something that looked like love, this approval thing, globbed onto the receptor cell and basically prevented me from being able to have this love pathway flowing freely," she says. "It's only been through a recent series of just very generous, tender pokes from the Lord where I've had to kind of really grapple with this poverty of like understanding his love and experiencing his love."
