How to Aim High
If you find a good person, hire them and find a job afterwards. Don't throw away loyal people because you don't know exactly what they're going to do straight away. Aim high all the time. It's your instant source of motivation. Remember always look into the new money. Forget the old money. Aim higher. All of the time. I can't stress that enough. Next lesson.
