Is the Obesity Epidemic a Moral Panic?

I think it's been going on too long for it to have the volatility ask bagit. Although even within moral panics, like a typology about how long lasting they are and the kinds of reactions that they inspire. But we haven't actually done anything meaningful on this issue. We've just panicked about it. There asserve all these things that if we were curious about the nature of this thing, we would ask a bunch more questions. But we're not curious about it were just lik kill it. Ye. Lik, unless and until we have those strategies, every fucking thing we do around this is punitive.
