What Is Mysticism?

Naxban di Sufis read the Quran with many interpretations pointing to higher faculties of consciousness and being known as the Latif, the subtle centers of the human being. These Latif enable the Sufisalek or traveler to have direct perceptions of spiritual truths. The mystical traditions are full of examples of mystics who are given special passes to act in ways forbidden to normal folks because they have a special status. But this is not the same thing as a message that the religious law is somehow invalid. It's merely suspended for a specific case.
