i was mostly kito in the run up to my first, my first power lifting world records. O, i don't really think the presence or absence of carbs really made that much of a difference. I did start eating carbs again, maybe like a month, two months out from the meat. But anyway, then i did my entire next training cycle with carbs, and a got a lot stronger and set more world records.
