Pregnancy is not a time to be building fitness. The ninth month of pregnancy is certainly not the time to be doing, we know, any big workouts or long runs,. Or even super insistent running. I mean, i'm sure there's more recovery that needs to be built in because you're just not feeling like your normal self at that pointe rachel, let's move on to post pardem running. Do you recommend a certain time off from running after birth? Is there flexibility with that? Is there a range? How do you think about that?
