Is Coles a Better Company Today Because of Michelle?
Jim Boulden: Is Coles a better company today because of Michelle than it would have been if Michelle hadn't been there? He says she drove their digital business from a billion dollars in sales to $6 billion in sales. She got them into activeware, which was low single digits percentage of their business. It's now a quarter of their business and they won the shootout for Sephora with 850 doors. JCPenney might be looking like maybe Sears or J CPenney without her at the helm, he adds.
