The Unwritten Contract of Betrayal

The idea of reward and recognition is, am, it's an interesting one. And when you're talking about organization or betrayal, that sort of what that, that makes me think of a psychological contract. You work really hard on this job, if i do this, then i'll get my transfer, or i'llget my promotion. But some one else gets the tran and you go, but hang on. Snot what i was expecting. Sometimes i think, y so wright t is that it's that unwritten contract that is the one that is the most hurtful when it gets broken.
