The Impact of Private Revelation on the Society

J R. Smith: My question is kind of multi-faceted. I mean, we're definitely approaching that from a narrative that says that God selected a certain number of people. He then gave them a revelation and they came up on the mountainside and told people about it. And why can't we go back to that model? Is that a little bit what you're getting at J R? What if God is pushing us toward that model? Okay. Good point. But what if God isn't existing at all? Like I don't really know how to approach what it is that you're asking me.
