Denzel Washington's Coon

The CJ character is an interesting character because it's one that the Sergeant has trouble with on one hand he appreciates kind of what CJ brings to the table right. I think Waters would view CJ as a very kind of stereotypical character that he thinks is bad for this new this new burgeoning Negro due to the new deal and a larger entry into the armed forces. So there's just so much nuance and so much like you're saying so much complexity in Waters embarrassed him remember they got to fight. That was the one of the entire movie that was like I think Denzel's got Waters in this fight. Like the CJ warns him he'll fight your dirty.
