The Importance of Delegation in a Business

Christine: I started a business about three years ago. My business is basically I helped nursing students pass nursing school, their licensure exam to become like a registered nurse. Last year we grossed 8 million dollars. We have 15 employees. So just feeling very overwhelmed and defeated when it comes to delegation and just teaching like my team. It is hard.
