Identifying a Keyword or Phrase

You can adjust your tone, your presence and your energy depending on who youare talking to. This is called matching and mirroring which i find to be fascinating. You want to listen out for a term, a phrase or keyword that you can bring back at the end of the conversation. I've done this a number of times where e're talking with a client and we're in person, i'll often just write down, they look like i'm just taking notes about their websight but i'm actually writing down key words and phrases to use later.
