Having Too Many Ice Breakers Never a Good Thing

I've goty experience that where theire meetings were, like, it's clear everyone just wants to get together and just vent or riff. And i don't think we create enough intentional spaces for those kinds of conversation. Having too many ice breakers never a good thing. But you can have these little plans, spontaneity moments, whether it's on certain days, whatever. You're going to slip out and you go do that stuff - but it's there if you need it. We'll just put time on your calendar afternoons when you're really productive in the best way possible.
