How Much Science Fiction Turned Out to Be Science?
A lot of the stuff you find in science fiction, tis is basically an extrapullation of what we know already. So if you look at all those fancy space drives that they're talking about, like hyper drives, warp drives, er, worm holes, othet kind of stuff,. They kind of have a footing in in the well established theories, but then they add an extra element of speculation on top of it. For example, you can actually go through those extra dimensions er, or you can somehow make wap drives work by some kind of fancy shield, or god knows what. Or worm holes are actually there somewhere inside black holes and son and so forth.
