i'm currently training to do the london marathanand in october. And one of my goals is, i am going to complete the london marithan navsare breathing the entire way round. I know there are times when want ta mouth breathe and run faster and maybe move more oxygen. But performance can get better a lot of the time after a bit of cross over periods. A sleep is often better after people who wear trackers,. heart rate comes down a lot quicker afterwards.
