Adam Schiff's Mail List - What's the Replacement?

Adam Schiff has been sending out emails asking people to sign a petition now to end the filibuster so that Democrats can pass voting legislation. The main crux of his argument is that Republicans effectively stole the election through quote unquote illegal gerrymandering. "I don't think a democracy can long thrive or maybe even survive if over a sustained period of time it is governed by a minority of its citizens," he wrote in one email.
