Yesyin the old days, it used to be a cigarette too. And then once you have an ingrained behaviour and maybe things that are addictive, it becomes incredibly difficult to break that habit. We've gott into the point now where we've just retrained our palates. It's amazing how this happens. I like sweet people but i don't like sweet food any more. For me, i blame my argentine lineage, isa. But in any case, avoiding process foods, probably avoiding sugars, a, mulsifiers, these kinds of things. The other way that we can get good gut health would be if we do amassre programming of it. Em
