Shackleton's True Strength Is Providing Inspirationaf Leadership
i think shackleton's real strength is providing that sort of inspirationaf leadership. Now we can argue that the weakness of that is some of the decisions that he makes get himself into those predicaments. So i think you could say that the same qualities that make him a great leader when he has to deal with a very bad situation are also a little bit responsible for getting him into that bad situation in the first place.
