I'm more scared of bureaucracies using AI than I am of individuals using AI. Bureaucracies, by their very nature, want to expand their regulation and control. And if they've got a new tool to do it, you see, that's more of a dystopian thing. That's a malignant force that I think already exists. This is playing out fast in this decade.
