Scaling Is a Hard Thing for Most Entrepreneurs

"I'm not great at it myself every business I've had where it's actually scaled it's usually because I brought in some type of partner or some type operations person who was able to make that happen," he says. "The scaling part is much more methodical and bigger picture thinking than just kind of like flatten out and rebuild everything for the next kind of rise" He adds: "You got to go back and then scaling and it's great because I love you."
