Winnie the Pooh went to find Eeyore's tail after he had lost it. He was told by Owl, who lived in an old world residence with a door knocker and bellpole. Underneath the knocker there was a notice which said, Please ring if an answer is required. And under underneath the bellpole there was one that said, Please knock if an answers not required.
