I Really Enjoyed Working in a Waterfall Way of Working

For a while i was doing just engineering there, as a front end web developer. I really enjoyed the webside of things and talking to people about design. It really taught me a lot about working with like minded individuals - having a common purpose. And then i started to kind of progress up. So i looked after a couple of interns one summer as well,. which was ken of my first forreand to kenin leadership ind & managing people in pastoral care. Initially i absolutely hated being called 'momager', but now consider it a badge of honor.
