Is There a Way to Unlearn?

We do end up learning spurious features that are just to add a slightly different level. Like if you're in a cave surrounded by poisonous spiders, like maybe it's reasonable to be afraid of spiders. I actually have a theory of human trauma as trauma is overfitting and then therapy is overfitting. So that's kind of another forget and relearn process. You try to forget this bad information you learn from your first interactions. It's almost like the might see you fixing traumatic experiences in humans, right? But I don't think we re-initialized our brains. Maybe we can.
