Paul: I've always just had this default objection to working in a job always just wanted to escape it and I dealt with it by changing jobs often. When I left my job I didn't have any work to do but I hadn't discovered this slower sort of contemplative state of non-doing, he says. Paul: In that space I experienced a state that was so connected and I sort of forgot who I was.
