Open Topography - What Is Your Background?

Daniels Navko is a geologist and co-founder of the open topography project. He has been working with lidar for about 20 years, building tools to manage those data sets in a web based environment. His work was inspired by his time as an inturn at the united states geological survey. It became clear that we were going in the right direction when he spent four years developing our system.
