Why Do Some Employees Get Paid More Than Others?
Bridgette Sheborg found out she was paid less than her male co-workers. Women across the country are making 84 cents for every dollar compared to men. Asian American women working full time, they make 92 cents for each dollar their white male colleagues make. Black women make only 67 cents and Latinas and native women typically only make 57 cents for everydollar a white male makes.
