I did go to a Buddhist temple, a Dizem Buddhist training did some Zazen which is where you sort of sit in silence and the Buddhist monk chants and then hits you over the head of the stick. I quite like doing that and I forget to do it and I should do it more but that it kind of sounds like they're doing that in their daily habit of communicating. At the same time I do think we get things done quicker sometimes as a result in the West you know we getting things done quicker and people are more willing to debate. For example debates weren't really a thing in Japan and they've only been introduced into schools in the last 20, 30 years I
