I think the foundation for the and look there's a lot of ways to crack this egg right I'll talk about my way but the foundational belief for me is that you hired the whole person, not just the work version or the professional version. People who are engaged a truly engaged employee will show up with all of who they are right all of their beliefs all of their stuff about how they grew up. These are relationships that are built over time but I think that like having that builds trust and the trust is truly the jumping off point for anything else.
