The Importance of the Team in Panzor
The company is it's people. Of course you can say it's product offerings, but the product offering is a result of the smart minds and hard work of the people within it. We talk a lot about like it's not a cultural fit, it's a cultural ad. Because everyone who comes in influences the team in what way. And I think that it's hard to or I also come from a culture that is less hierarchical than the German culture.
