I think the most exciting that i see at this moment is what is happening in southy arabia, the city of neon. I get very enthusiastic about the fact that individual people are taking the leadership to have a vision about it. But if i just see the amount of money that is being poured into neom at this moment, where they're attracting some of the smartest people on the planet,. It's incredible how cash intensive that is. Every grandday is peanut compared to what you need to build something like neon. So i think it is going to be fascinating to see that come together.
