Bond investors are going to wake up and start selling more aggressively the bonds they already own. The bond gains did not offset stock losses. They actually augmented them. If you're going to take a lot of risk, you will be in the stock market. Because what's the possible upside in bonds? Just the coupon? Inflation is gonting more than wipe that out.
