How to Slow Down Your Breath
Breathing slowly is calming you down, and you can get from stress to calmness in a minute time. The two words that i say in the beginning, and imean like, really slow own your breathing. Then we're going to do five minutes of breathing. And i call this simplified tomo breathing. It's derived from the very complicated tibetan tumo that the tibets used to reach enlightenent and to heat up their body.
