Data Scientists, Do You Have to Wearat Multiple Hats?
As a consulting organization, we do get to see every type of problem that's out there. You don't end up working on one specific problem for nine months or if you working at a larger technology company worked on the same problem for five years. To keep this type of talent motivated and to keep them here at the company mad, you've also got to challenge them to work on some of the hardest problems. And we're fortunate to get the opportunity to do that with our clients. One of the biggest pieces of feeback that we get is that our leadership is is the best in the business doing what we do.
